Happy Australia Day!
Happy Australia Day everyone! Well yesterday was Wednesday Weigh in day for me here....... I discovered that my new scales work wonderfully - they go down ! Yep, have managed to loose a small amount after staying the same, then apparently going up with the change of scales! This week has been difficult as I've had problems with my left leg - no walking or exercise to speak of and a trip to the hospital for a CT scan of my back......... for which a report will finally come back tomorrow I hope! Soooooo, I am trying hard not to get stuck into eating things I shouldn't be. So watch this space to see what happens next..... I need to be doing some form of exercise if I'm planning on improving my health & fitness levels! Have a great day everyone. Hugs Sharm

Happy Aussie Day to you!Hope that your back and leg are ok,no point in trying to exercise when your body is not up to it- be gentle with yourself. There's no time scale to living a healthier life.What you cannot do this week you can do next- don't be disheartened!
