It's not much fun when you find your measurements written down from Jan 2006 and compare them with the measurements just taken now in Jan 2012! So now I really do have some goals as I can see just what has happened to me in the past 6 years! So here is where I'm keeping measurement tracking.
According to biggest loser you should always measure around the widest part of your waist, hips, arms and thighs.
