9 months on....

Here we are now......June 2013........ And I can tell you not much more happened with the weight loss!   Sure we had a kilo here and there, and then back on again........ And that was when I decided I needed a bit of help.  I joined up to the Michelle Bridges 12 week weight loss program.   There are still a few weeks left to complete, and while I haven't been able to stick to the meals (some use expensive ingredients, others are simply not going to work for our family, & others are great, or lend themselves to other ideas).  I also have not managed to do the intensive exercise program that is set out for 6 days a week.........however the basics are really very helpful & useful.   I started the program weighing just over 75 kg and I am now hovering between 71- 72!   I am really happy with this, and hope to make it to just under 70 by the time the program finishes in 4 weeks time!     I wonder how you all went with your weight loss journeys?
