Move It Mondays + Weigh It in Wednesdays - the beginning

I've decided if I'm going to loose that weight then I just need to do it!  I talked about it last night on my other blog (which is more about what goes on around our little homestead) - and I decided I would jump out there and do a separate blog altogether - just devoted to Me getting into  a healthier weight range, fitting into my clothes again etc etc etc.   So here I am.............. alone for now, but perhaps I will get some others come join me from time to time, or maybe even encourage me - regardless, I need to do this for me............ I need to Move It and I need to stop procratinating and Just Do It!
I've taken my weight and measurements.  My goal is to loose 10kg in the next 16weeks, and in the process get my fitness levels up and improve my energy levels.  Wednesdays will be my "weigh in & measure" day!
